these to/from miles REALLY add up. even on a day where I’m not “riding”, just taking the bike to the gym, to the track, and out to eat some lunch adds up to 13.5mi. Even though they are just slow spinning type miles, I think they still add up to some value; its just an extra percent of miles on top of your training miles.

everybody needs to recover & spinning easy is one of the better ways you can do it.

EVF

this is a pic of a kid practicing EVF.  the trick is to strengthen these shoulder muscles so that you have an “over the barrel” catch with a high elbow.  walk around your office practicing this.
